Our Caregivers

Our goal is to find, recognize, and develop caregivers with the heart and innate passion for serving others. These caregivers need to love what they do, be fulfilled by their work, and take ownership for the care and service they deliver to our clients.

Our Health Care Services Pool caregivers are licensed, certified and/or trained health care personnel to facilities or agencies for temporary work. “Temporary” means employment whereby a pool hires its own employees or independent contractors and assigns them to health care facilities workforce in special work situations such as employee absences, temporary skill shortages, seasonal workloads, special assignments and projects.

Alzheimer's Dementia-Related Disorders (ADRDs) Training
Integrative Mental Health Solutions
Alzheimer's Dementia Family Support Group Meetings

We seek to create a team-based approach to assist care providers, families, and staff to cope with Alzheimer's dementia-related disorders (ADRDs) in assisted living facilities (ALFs). Although both mental health care and general medical care are offered in the same setting, we also recognize that these challenges are not only present in ALFs but also exhibited in Residential Group Homes, as well as, in Adult Day Care Centers that offer services to the mentally and physically disabled. These facilities have coordinated primary care, mental health care, therapeutic and recreational environments in ways that help to address the physical and mental health of residents, clients, and patients.  We offer contact hours of training in dementia Alzheimer's by utilizing a three-year curriculum approved by the Department of Elderly Affairs. We also believe that by offering support, tools, skills, and integrative alternative methods of addressing these challenges, there will be a transformational effect in their living and working environments on a day to day basis.

Our Products and Services

      Alzheimer's Dementia-Related Disorders (ADRDs) Training

Alzheimer's disease and related dementias (ADRD) are conditions that are primarily seen among older adults. Initial and ongoing training is essential for staff development and performance in addressing the challenges.

Integrative Mental Health Solutions

Mental Integrative Care helps patients, clients, and caregivers by blending the expertise of mental health and substance abuse clinicians. It is a person-centered approach to mental health care that takes into account the needs, preferences and circumstances of each unique person, focuses on maintaining optimal health and treating symptoms, not disorders, uses both mainstream approaches like medications and psychotherapy, as well as complementary and alternative therapies,  based on the best available evidence-based solutions.
